September 7 – Home – Athens
Depart for Greece from USA.
Day 2
September 8 – Arrive in Athens
Upon arrival, meet in the arrival hall at Athens airport & transfer to the city hotel. The city’s numerous historic monuments make it a fascinating place to visit for tourists from all over the world. Free at leisure this afternoon. Overnight in Athens.
Day 3
September 9 – Athens
After breakfast, you will be picked up from the hotel for the half-day sightseeing tour. See Syntagma Square, the House of Parliament, the Memorial to the Unknown Soldier, the Athens Academy, the University, the National Library, and the Hadrian’s Arch. Pass by the Temple of Olympian Zeus and visit the Panathenaic Stadium where the first Olympic Games of the modern era were held in 1896. On the Acropolis visit the architectural masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens: the Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion, and finally “the harmony between material and spirit”, the Parthenon. Continue and visit the place where
at last the statues found their home and admire the wonders of the classical era, the museum of Acropolis. At the end of the tour, drop off at the hotel or at the city center. The remainder of the day at your own leisure. Overnight in Athens.

Day 5
September 11 – Athens – Mykonos
Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer to the Athens port of Piraeus and take the boat to the island of Mykonos. Meet at Mykonos port and transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Mykonos.

Day 6
September 12 – Mykonos
Breakfast in the hotel. At leisure today and explore the most fabulous island of the Aegean Sea with the blue sky, the beautiful sugar houses, and the amazing beaches. You may start with the walking tour in the morning and walk around the narrow white-washed streets of Mykonos Town. Don’t miss to enjoy the famous nightlife of the island. Overnight in Mykonos.

Day 7
September 13 – Mykonos
Breakfast in the hotel. Free to explore the city at your own pace or join the half-day Mykonos city and island tour (USD$95). The optional tour of the island starts with a walk in the small narrow streets of Mykonos, with the shops and the small white houses. During the orientation, visit the labyrinth of Mykonos port town, the famous Windmills, Little Venice, Paraportiani church, the small fishermen port with the church of Saint Nikolas, and “Yialos” area with all the cafes and restaurants. Don’t forget to look for Petros the Pelican, the mascot of Mykonos! After the walking tour in Mykonos town, we continue by coach and visit the main village of Mykonos, and the capital Ano Mera, where the 16th-century Monastery of Panagia Tourliani with the unique icon of Holy Mary is located. Free time to stroll around the traditional square with all the traditional cafes and restaurants. The next stop is Kalafatis beach, one of the most famous beaches for some free time. Before the tour ends, visit some of the most famous beaches, Ornos, and Agios Giannis with the perfect view of Delos Island and Platys Yialos, as well as pass by the inner landscapes of the island. Overnight in Mykonos.

September 14 -Mykonos – Santorini
Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer to Mykonos port and take the speed boat ferry to the island
of Santorini. Meet at Santorini port and transfer to the hotel. Santorini is the supermodel of the Greek islands, a head-turner whose face is instantly recognizable around the world: multi- colored cliffs soar out of a sea-drowned caldera, topped by drifts of whitewashed buildings. With its reputation for dazzling panoramas, romantic sunsets, and volcanic-sand beaches, it’s hardly surprising the island features on so many travelers’ bucket lists. Overnight in Santorini.

Day 9
September 15 – Santorini
Breakfast in the hotel. Enjoy another free day in Santorini or join the optional full-day Santorini Island tour (USD$110). The optional tour starts from your hotel. The first stop is the village of Megalochori for the famous “Symposium by La Ponta” an amazing workshop of traditional Greek music instruments to learn about Greek mythology and music. Continue to Emporio village, stroll around the small picturesque streets and see the best-preserved Venetian castle which used to be the medieval trade center of the island. Free time for lunch at Perivolos. Later, make a photo stop to enjoy the view of the Akrotiri castle and the amazing caldera from the south part of the island. In the village of Pyrgos which is built on the top of a hill, you may walk to the top where the Venetian castle overlooks the caldera for a panoramic view of the island. Relax in an old canava and taste local wines. Stop in Firostefani to take breathtaking photos of the famous Blue Dome and the Rock of Skaros. The tour will finish in Oia village. Explore the narrow passageways and discover the old captain’s houses, the unique cave houses, and the romantic chapels. Later you will watch the spectacular sunset over the caldera while being inside the Venetian castle of Oia.

Day 10
September 16 – Santorini
Breakfast in the hotel. At leisure on this amazing island of Santorini (formed by the eruption of the volcano in 1600 BC). The sight is the most breathtaking of all Greek islands and perhaps of the world. Explore and enjoy all that the island has to offer. History and nature combine to make Santorini unforgettable. Overnight in Santorini.

Day 11
September 17 – Santorini-Athens-USA
Transfer to the airport and fly back via Athens.
Return flights to the US should be booked 2 pm or after.

Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fee will be assessed per person accordingly when you cancel your reservation:
More than 60 days prior to departure; loss of deposit plus any administration fees
Between 59-40 days prior to departure; 50% of tour cost plus any administration fees
Between 39-20 days prior to departure; 75% of tour cost plus any administration fees
19 days or less prior to departure; 100% of total tour cost.
